Pack Your Minis and Bases
Carefully place your items in their original gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned stoneware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
