Our collection features a signature 'one platter, every occasion' concept. Each ceramic or melamine base features a hole where you can swap out 'minis'—decorative charms representing holidays, sports, and life milestones—to instantly change the theme of your table.
Are nora fleming ceramic bases microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, our stoneware and ceramic serving pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend hand-washing the decorative 'minis' to ensure their delicate details and hand-painted finishes remain intact.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take between 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I secure a 'mini' into my platter or base?
Simply pull the stem of the 'mini' through the hole in your nora fleming base. To ensure it stays secure, we recommend using our 'mini' pullers or a damp cloth to help slide the silicone disc into place on the underside of the platter.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping reach to other international households in the near future.
